He is survived by: his wife Patricia Napier; his daughter Rebecka Burns; his siblings, Terry Napier of Graham, TX and Laura Snodgrass of Edinburg, TX.; his nephews, Bryan and David Snodgrass of Edinburg, TX; his niece Sarah Snodgrass of Houston, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Jaylee, Caden and Kyler Dishman of Graham, TX. He is also survived by his 4 grandkids.
