She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Cowan; and her brother Darrell Cowan. She is survived by: her husband Danny Russell of Graham; her daughters, Vanessa Stout (Micah) of Graham and Kari Rios (Charles) of Graham; her father Bob Cowan (Lucille) of Jacksboro; her siblings, Bobby Cowan Jr, Ricky Cowan (Marleigh) and Laura Savage (Frank); and her grandchildren, Jazlynn Stout and Braelyn Stout.
