He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Hailey and Minnie Loyce Davis Hailey; and his siblings, Bill Hailey, Thomas Hailey and Mary Hailey Brian.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mixon of Graham; his sons, Kevin Hailey (Kim) of Red Oak, Jon Hailey (Shannon) of Plano, Patrick Hailey (Jodie) of Malabo and Equatorial Guinea; and his grandchildren, Katherine, Abigail, Madison Hailey, Sgt. Nick Hailey (United) and Henry Arthur Hailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
