He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Faye Winkels and John B. Mills Sr. Chuck. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Mills of Graham; his son Chuck Mills, Jr. (Rhonda) of Graham; his brother John B. Mills, Jr. (Rita) of Frisco; and his grandchildren, Callen Mills and Camryn Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
