She was predeceased by: her parents, Koert Blackketter and Nellie Blackketter (Studebaker); her husband Eldon Noel; her siblings, Esther, Don, Gene, Lewis and Nellie Janice; and her son-in-law Pete.
She is survived by: her children, Marie (Bob) of Harrisburg, PA, Joan (Dave) of Graham, TX, Betsy of Albuquerque, NM and Kelly (Marcie) of Danville, IL; her grandchildren, Mikel, Angela, Hailey, Becky, Noel, Kelly Carl (KC), Mackenzie and Jarod; and her great grandchildren, Lucius, Natalie, Ariel, Elizabeth, Maverick and Ty.
