He is survived by: his children, Jay McDade (Janice), Jody McDade (Terrie), Julia Wilkerson (Ross) and Wendy Watson (George); his brother Ronald McDade; and his grandchildren, Amy, Trenton, Stephen and Kylani. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
