He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Freeman and Jimmie Freeman (Miller); and his parents-in-law, Ollie Rodgers and Vera Self Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Laneta Rodgers Freeman of Gorman; his son Matthew Miller Freeman of Fort Lauderdale; his grandson Carson Miller Freeman of Fort Lauderdale; his siblings, Tim Freeman of Kaufman and Lynn Freeman Senne of Forney; and his sister-in-law Dr. Betty Hethington (Ken Hethington) of Franklin.
