She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ray and Dulce Anne Mobley of Austin; her brother-in-law Eugene W. Schneider of Austin; and her parents-in-law, Monroe W. and Ella Joyce Smith of Bellville.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon M. Smith of Smithville; her daughters, Cassandra Smith (Cassy) of Fort Worth and Kendra Erickson (Mike); her granddaughter Jordon Erickson; her sister Melba Rose Schneider of Austin; her nephew Randy Schneider (Sharon); and her nieces, Jennifer Disney (James) of Minnesota and Suzanne Holmstrom (Fritz) of Houston.
