He is survived by: his wife Brenda Maas; his children, Janelle Bauer, Tracie Spradlin Joe and Randy Phillippe (Audra); his grandchildren, Jeff Ray Phillippe (Krista), Catherine Kovarcik (Cory), Sean Phillippe (Kelly), Heather Lowry (Nathan), JoAnna Tomko (Harrison), Caitlin Jones, David Spradlin, Matthew Spradlin (Maddie), Michael Spradlin, Hannah Spradlin, Daniel Spradlin, McKenzie Phillippe and Tanner Phillippe; his sister Linda White (Gary); and his sister-in-law Debra Hughes. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
