She was predeceased by: her parents, Farsce Howard and Dorothy Howard (Woodard); and her siblings, Alton Howard and Billie Sue Martin. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Neland of Goodrich, Texas, Craig Neyland of Livingston, Texas and Joey Neyland of Goodrich, Texas; the father of her children Harold Neyland of Livingston, Texas; her grandson Cole Neyland; her brother Clarence; her sister-in-law Bridgett Howard of Orange, Texas; her brothers, James Ross of Colmesneil, Texas and Smokey; her sister-in-law Rachel Ross of Colmesneil, Texas; and her sister Wanda Hogan of Erie, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel (406 N Yaupon Ave, Livingston, TX 77351). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
