She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy Norwood and Effie Norwood; her brother Frank Norwood; and her sons, Danny Joe McBroom and James E. McBroom.
She is survived by: her daughter Dempsey Lea McCain; her children-in-law, Jeff McCain and Ida McBroom; her sister Kaye Wingate; her brother-in-law Bill Wingate; and her grandchildren, Dana, James and Nicole. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
