He is survived by: his sons, Bruce Smith and Jason Smith; and his siblings, Don Anderson, Russell Anderson, Steven Anderson, Martin Anderson, Dorothy Johnston, Barbara Melton, Kristie Holdren and Rosemary Osteen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
