He was predeceased by: his former wife Liz McAllister Meadows; and his son-in-law John Boothe. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Meadows Billen (Kelly) and John Meadows (JoLynn); his wife Cheryl Browning; his children, Anne and Kirk; and his grandsons, Paden William and Sawyer Boothe.

Memorials may be made to the First Methodist Church Music Membership or the Building Fund.
