He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Hulen and Charles Hulen; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Hulen. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Bias of Gonzales; his children, Natalie Capshaw of Conneaut Lake, PA, Joey Bias of Carlsbad, NM and Renee (Michael Rhodes) of Burnet, TX; his grandchildren, Mesa Capshaw, Lacie Rhodes, Branstan Rhodes and Chloe Rhodes; and his brothers, Eddie Bias (Mittie) of Palacios and Benjamin Hulen of Dalhart.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation or the Disabled Vets.
