She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Smith; and her siblings, John, Frank, Fred Touchstone and Anna Mae Touchstone.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Slater (Jim); her grandchildren, Holly Cain (Matthew) and James W. Slater (Alarie); and her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Wesley and Olivia Slater. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
