He is survived by: his children, Janet Mendez of Gonzales, Melissa Martinez (Mark) of Gonzales, Shannon Sepulveda of Gonzales and Frank Mendez (Natalie) of Gonzales; and his siblings, Patsy Garcia (Ruben) of Gonzales, Henry Sepulveda (Delia) of Victoria and Ruben Sepulveda of Gonzales. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
