She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Manning Bailey and Minnie Maudie Mahan Bailey; and her sons, Larry Ben and Dennis Jay. She is survived by: her close friend Hamon Ben Richter; her grandsons, D. J., Mason and Dennis Jay "D. J."; her great grandchildren, Rhett Jay and Corlee Jo Richter; her sister Glenna Kohli of Lima; her siblings-in-law, Martha Jones of Seguin and Douglas Richter of La Grange; her daughter-in-law Kim Richter of Gonzales; and her close friend Helen Richter.
Memorials may be made to the Eastside Baptist Church or the Gonzales Relay for Life.
