He was predeceased by: his father Clyde W. Lowe; and his brother James Allen Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Virginiabel Wren Lowe of Gonzales; his sister Barbara; and his siblings-in-law, James Hendershot of Gonzales and Patricia Lowe of Houston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
