He is survived by: his wife Frances Louise Saliger of Gonzales; his son David Carl; his daughter-in-law Dorothy Saliger of Gonzales; his brother Wayne Benno; his sister-in-law Martha Saliger; his grandchildren, Melody, Tim Bandola, Brianna Cansler, Steven Johnston and Jay Cansler; and his great grandchildren, Briana, Brylee, Giovanni, Asher and Elijah.
