With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Dale Ehrig (Gonzales, Texas), who passed away on September 8, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmuth Ehrig and Alma Breitschopf Ehrig; and his brothers, David Lee Ehrig and Ronald Louis Ehrig. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Graham Ehrig of Austin; his children, Kenneth Jason Ehrig (Desiree) of Marble Falls, Kevin Graham Ehrig (Nickie) of Kyle and Susan Denise Ehrig Thonhoff of Austin; his grandchildren, Emily Day Ehrig, Luke Helmuth Ehrig, Charlee Grace Ehrig, Heidi Adelle Ehrig, Roland Helmuth Thonhoff, Raimund Hugo Thonhoff, Tilda James Ehrig and Grayson Jacob Ehrig; his sister-in-law Glenda Griffith Ehrig; his nephews, Gregory David Ehrig, Ryan Austin H. Ehrig of Durango, CO and Daniel Paul Ehrig of Albuquerque, NM; and his aunt Gertrude Ehrig Iley of Gonzales. He is also survived by Opa, and he loved supporting his children and grandchildren.
