She was predeceased by: her husband James Short; and her brothers, Joe Rusling and Norman Rusling. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Yvonne Short of Gonzales, Terri Lynn Baetz (Cal) of Gonzales, Marilyn Short Dolezal of Gonzales and Sandra Jean Moseley of Gonzales; her siblings, Marie Nelson of Rockport and George Rusling (Joan) of Freer; her grandchildren, Jeffery Wayne Moseley, Jacob Kyle Sanders, Rachel Diane Sanders, Kevin Riley Moseley and Jason Bradley Moseley; and her great grandchildren, Braxton Stone Sanders, Gideon Seth Sanders, Connor James Oeltjen and Samuel Wayne Oeltjen.
