He is survived by: his wife Anita Rinehart of Gonzales; his children, Susan Carmichall (Jay) of Conroe and Douglas Alan Rinehart of Gonzales; his grandchildren, Rachel Meraz (Ricardo), Sean Douglas Rinehart and Jeremy Carmichall; his great grandchildren, Ricardo Meraz Jr. and Xander Douglas Meraz; and his brother-in-law Junior Everett of Gonzales.
