He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Boothe and Georgia Mae "Jo" Wroblsky; and his siblings, Cindy Pettijohn and James Lee Boothe, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, LCpl Paden William Boothe, Okinawa, Sawyer James Boothe of Austin, Paul Pettijohn of Gonzales and Anne Boothe. He is also survived by several other extended family members and a host of friends.

Memorials may be made to the Gonzales First United Methodist Church.
