He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Pavliska and Agnes Pavliska; and his brothers, Henry Pavliska, Jr. and Robert "Bobby" Pavliska. He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his children, Debbie Pavliska of Wied, Jerry Pavliska (Lorri) of New Braunfels and Chuck Pavliska (Cheryl) of Hallettsville; his grandchildren, Claire, Erica, Katherine, Thomas Pavliska and Megan Hatcher; his sister Agnes Darilek (Doc); and his sister-in-law Linda Pavliska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
