He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Martin Turk; and his grandparents, Milton, Willye Turk, Dr. Walter and Jacquie Sievers.
He is survived by: his father Sam Turk (Patricia Martin Turk); his children, Josh Turk (Evelyn) and Susi Simpson (Dave); his close friend Carnella Mosley; the mother of his children Ellen Harty; his brothers, David (Debbie) and Mike Turk (Vicki); his stepsiblings, Diana Fain (Doug), Rusty Steed (Nichole) and Justin Hernandez; his grandchildren, Jessi Turk, Matt Simpson and Dylan Simpson; his nieces, Jenny Turk and Samantha Turk; and his nephew John Turk. He is also survived by daughters and grandchildren, extended family and a lifetime host of friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that remembrances may be made to East Side Baptist Church, Gonzales.
