He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Havel and Emilie Havel (Marek); his children, Michael Havel and Katherine Havel; and his sisters, Betty Phillips, Rose Mikes and Helen Ara.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Lillian Janecka; his wife Lillian; his children, David Havel (Angie) of Gonzales, Carolyn Migl (Allen) of Sweet Home and Vivian Havel of Gonzales; his daughter-in-law Debra Havel of Gonzales; and his grandsons, Russell Migl, Tyler Havel, Jacob Havel, Matthew Havel, Daniel Havel and Anthony Havel. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
