He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Washichek and Frieda Washichek; and his wife Teresa Washichek. He is survived by: his close friend Teresa Washichek; his children, Candy Washichek Brown, Kenneth Kuchynka (Donna) and Fred Washichek, Jr. (Christyne); his grandchildren, Kevin Brown (Debbie), Christopher Brown (Cheyenne), Debra Washichek (Marcus), Nicole Washichek (Pete), Will Irle, Logan Kuchynka, Hanah Payne, Preston Harlen, Torilynn Harlen, Samantha Moore, Jayden, Brayden, Corbin, Colby, Cooper, Hagen, Tino, Easton, Ryan, Emmylynne, Kutter and Mayah; and his siblings, Leona Washichek Karl and Franklin Washichek (Doris).
