He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jim and Harold; and his sister-in-law Mary. He is survived by: his brother James D Leifeste; his wife Jo Ann; his children, David Kenneth Leifeste, Tulsa, Carol Fowler Roswell (Jim) and Julie Walters (Bruce); his grandchildren, Luke, Lauren Leifeste, Sarah, Kate Lagasse (Drew), Caroline Fowler and JoAnna Bowen (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Preston, Tyler Bowen and Meg Walters. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Monthalia United Methodist Church Music Ministry in memory of Donald K. Leifeste.
