He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Hennig and Raynell Hennig of Whitewright, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Juliana Nelson Hennig; his children, Jessica Hennig, Carlotta Berranger (Ivan) and Zach Hennig; his grandchildren, Chloe Hoffman (Brandon), Clay Barden, Emma Barden, Mason Hennig and Marley Hennig; his stepgrandchildren, Clementine, Igor and Timmy Berranger; his great grandchild Maeve Hoffman; his siblings, Joe Hennig (Jan) and Janis Furness (Don); and his pet Josie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Dan's name to Gonzales Dog Adoptions, Meadow Haven Horse Rescue, or Austin Dog Rescue.
