He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Vasquez and Maria Vasquez; and his brothers, Pete Jr., Blackie and Gonzalo Vasquez.
He is survived by: his wife Amely Alvarez of Gonzales; his children, Mark of Austin, Gerald (Yolanda) of Victoria, Texas, Lisa Rivera (Frank) and Lori Davant (Ethan); his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Melanie Vasquez, Chloe, Bijou, Sawyer Davant, Katie Martinez (Amauri), Jenna, Frank Rivera Jr. Charlie and Erika Long (Andrew); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aaron and Ava Long; and his siblings, Juanita Garcia of Las Vegas and Ray Vasquez of Katy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the pandemic, masks will be required throughout entire services.
