He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Bullard and Pauline Robinson Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Laura Britt (Charlie), Bobbie "Butch" Bullard Jr. (Tracy), Bryon Bullard (Symantha) and Jonathan Bullard (Karian); and his sister Jo Ann Breitschopf. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
