He is survived by: his children, Billy Parker Jr. (Lori Parker) and Ruth Ann Parker; his former wife Linda Tallant; his grandchildren, Megan Benson (Jason), Tanner Hardcastle, Mackenzie Parker, Quinton Parker and Hudsyn Parker; and his great grandchild Jackson Benson.

Contributions in Billy's memory may be made to First Baptist Church.
