He is survived by: his children, Melissa McCollum and Darin Breitschopf (Katie); his grandchildren, Taylor Falefia (Noah) and Sam Breitschopf; and his great grandchild John Falefia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. James Alter Society or to a charity of one's choice.
