He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rose Marie, Eddie Cyril Malatek, Louis Benes and Gussie Benes. He is survived by: his parents, Margie Ann of Gonzales and Billie Louis Benes of Gonzales; his brother Moises Rivera; and his friends, Amanda Longoria of Gonzales and Hope Guevara of Gonzales. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
