She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer R. Cox and Eddie Mae Hollingsworth Cox; her children, Debbie Jean Arnold and Dwayne Maurice Campbell; and her siblings, Jo Nell Walpole, Tommy Rae Cox and James Ronald Cox.
She is survived by: her husband John Maurice Campbell; her sons, Mark Allen Campbell of Cibolo and John Michael Campbell of Gonzales; her brother Dwight Randall Cox of Canyon Lake; and her grandchildren, James Michael Campbell, Cherise Janette Campbell, Melissa Diane Campbell, Danielle Christine Campbell, Shawna Michelle Campbell, Ian Marshall Campbell, Daniel Lawrence Arnold, Amanda Goshien, Christopher Allen Campbell, Jessica Lynn Campbell, Kyle Anthony Krencesky, Kevin Patrick Campbell and Kaelin Donn D'Amico.
