It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Deberry (Gonzales, Texas), born in Shiner, Texas, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Turek and Bessie Darilek Turek; her husband Bill DeBerry; her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Tim Hubert; her son Tom; her daughter-in-law Cindy DeBerry; her grandchildren, Kyle DeBerry, Cole, Courtney DeBerry, Alexandria (DeBerry) and Tyler Beede; her great grandchild Dawson Ryder DeBerry; her brothers, Michael (Karen Turek) and Billy (Patty Turek); and her nephews, Kyle DeBerry, Cole DeBerry, Tyler Beede, Michael Turek II, Greg Littler, Daniel Boedeker, Jaime Pohler, Todd Copeland, Brian Muecke, Larry Yager and John Yager. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Gonzales Public Library, or Gonzales Healthcare Systems Foundation / Thrive Healthplex.
