Arline Pettus Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 25, 2021, at the age of 93, Arline Pettus of Gonzales, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Gescheidle and Beulah Linebarger Gescheidle; her spouse Percy Jarmon Pettus; and her siblings, Harrison Gescheidle, Jr., Lonnie Gescheidle, Cristelle Willmann and Lela Morris.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Vicki Miles "Marvin", Lisa Holden "Bob", Lori Yuja "George", Leigh Kahn "Tom", Virginia Pettus Tidwell, Sharon Pettus Fitts, Connly Willmann "G. K.", Randy Gescheidle "Vicki", Tim Gescheidle "Lynn", Chris Gescheidle "Dana", William T Clark "Marge", Harry Pettus, Warren Pettus, Jr. and James Dickinson "Bobbie"; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Gescheidle and Jeanette Gescheidle.
Due to current CDC, State and local mandates, protective measures regarding social distancing, limited attendance capacity and the use of personal protective masks will be required for the graveside burial rite.
Memorials may be made to the Gonzales First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
