It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Ruth Marie Zillig of Goliad, Texas, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Knight and Ruth Knight of Oklahoma; and her husband Ray Zillig. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Zillig, Greg Zillig (Shirley), Dale Zillig and Leslie Zillig (Christy); and her sister Betty Owens (John). She is also survived by five grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
