It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nelrose Enke (Goliad, Texas), born in Yorktown, Texas, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freida Peters and Charles Otto Freude; her husband Harold A. Enke; and her siblings, Allen, Carlton Freude, June Enke Spellman, Joyce Borgfeld, Billie Bea and Bobbie Rose.
She is survived by: her sibling Pines North; her friends, Annie, Mildred, JoAnn and Carol; her daughters, Linda Marks Hooper of Goliad and Sharon Green (JP) of Runge; her grandchildren, Jonathan Enke Gleinser (Trisha) of Grapevine, Porter Green (Rone) of Victoria and Johanna Bloom (John) of Runge; her great grandchildren, Hadley Rose, Hudson Gleinser, Mitchell, Calvert Green, Austin and Jamison Bloom; and her sister Marjorie DeSpain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
