He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Guerrero and Dora Barrientes Guerrero; his brother Carlos Guerrero; his nephew Pedro "Petey" Guerrero III; and his niece Veronica Guerrero.
He is survived by: his brothers, Pedro "Pete" Guerrero (Alicia) of Goliad, Robert Guerrero (Mary Ann) of Goliad and Ricardo Guerrero of Goliad; and his sister-in-law Nicky Guerrero of Taft. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
