It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorenzo V. Gutierrez of Goliad, Texas, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benigno Gutierrez and Mariana Vargas Gutierrez; and his brothers, Benito "Nino" Gutierrez, Torivio "Toby" Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, John Gutierrez and Angel Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Rodriguez; and his siblings, Jose "Coche" Gutierrez (Placida), Hermelinda "Mela" Villegas (Loretto) and Evangelina "Vangie" Martinez (Ernest R.). He is also survived by his extended family including his nieces, nephews and cousins.
