He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Lee Sparks and Lula Mae Walker Sparks; his foster parents, Buck Davis and Corinne Davis; and his siblings, Richard Otto and Lula Alaniz.
He is survived by : his siblings, Bev, Belle and Brazos; his wife Debra Kelley; his child, Angela Sparks; his grandchildren, Lane and Caitlin Conley; his siblings, Cricket (Norman Kirkman), Edward (Pam Sparks), John (Annette Benkendorfer), Allen (Lynn Sparks), Jodi (Adan Heras), Joyce Woods and Ruby Freeze; and his foster sisters, Beverly Sutton and Belle (Shane Branham).
