It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlota Segura of Goliad, Texas, born in Martindale, Texas, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henovevo Campos and Clara Orta Campos; her husband Marcelino Segura, Sr.; her children, Henry Segura, Sr., Alfred Segura and Wilfida Rangel; her daughters-in-law, Rosita Segura, Amelia Segura and Susie Thompson; her great grandchildren, Rosemary Segura and Tashan Culpepper; and her siblings, Benancio Campos, Guadalupe Campos, Antonio Campos, Maria Campos Orta and Juanita Campos.
She is survived by: her sons, Marcelino Segura, Jr. of Goliad and Antonio Segura, Sr. (Marvella) of Goliad; and her son-in-law Amancio Rangel. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 56 great-great-grandchildren along with many other loving family members.
