It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Cullum of Goliad, Texas, born in Refugio, Texas, who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian H. Pfenninger and Alma "Dolly" Haas Pfenninger; her children, King David Cullum, III and Betty Kay Petering; and her siblings, Dorothy Overton, Samuel Pfenninger and Henry Pfenninger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Heinold (Don) and Kathy Cullum; her sister Shirley Seiler (Kenneth); and her grandchildren, Mark Petering, Shelly Claybrook, Brandon Petering, Christopher Heinold (Gemayel) and Carly Shock (Randy). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
