He is survived by: his former wife Carol Janene Davis; his wife Janene Spurgeon of Golden; his daughters, Kimberly Turner of Lindale, Lori (Tim Alexander) of Tyler and Patricia (Troy Henry) of Tyler; his siblings, John (Gina Spurgeon) of Whitesboro, Sonja Vaughn of Mineola, Sharon Dettling of Cleveland and Sue Dedek of Marietta, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Madison, Cody, Micah, Reed, Mia, Austin, Gabi, Christian and Carson.
