He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Clifton (A. C.) and Inez Brown (Gibson); his wife Deborah Ruth Caffey (Debbie) of Golden; his children, Chris Brown of Golden and Jennifer Brown Moore (Jesse) of Alba; his grandchildren, Kenzee and Jaycee Moore; and his sisters, Carolyn Clark (Dale) of Golden and Janna Castloo (Tommy) of Mineola.
