He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lee Dolan; and his stepfather Jack Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Laura Mlika; his daughters, Kiersten and Gracie; his mother Cheryl "Kay" Reynolds (Colster) of Warrensburg, MO; his brother Kevin Dolan (Jennifer) of Warrensburg, MO; his parents-in-law, Russel and Sharon Mlika of Bethany, MO; his siblings-in-law, Corinna Mulnix (Allan) of Bethany, MO and Randy Mlika of Kansas City, MO; his nephew Matthew Mulnix of Lawrence, KS; and his niece Allison Mulnix of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many cousin, aunts, uncles and special friends.
