She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jean; her husband Clayton Smith; her daughters, Jessica Nielsen (Charles Nielsen), Megan Smith and Emmy Smith; her siblings, Patti Hughes and Larry Sifford; her grandchildren, Skylar, Mia, Ella, Kash, Brielle, Taytum and Tucker; and her great grandchild Xander. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
