Riggs of Milsap and Shelby Lynn Riggs of Dallas; his siblings, Angela Lemaster of Murrietta, Erin Derosier of Yuma, Christine Stites of Grove, Texas and Christopher Sparr of San Diego, California; and his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Riggs and James Curtis Riggs.
