He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hickey of Godley; and his daughters, Sonja Cash of Fort Worth, Yvonne Scott of Fort Worth and Candace Rife (David) of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
